I am practicing, exploring, and teaching Hatha Yoga (Vikasa Style) and Yoga Nidra (Sanapurna Style). I am happy to share and teach, as well as to join others, get inspired and/or co-create new sequences and immersive experiences together.

Wir können aber auch gerne auf Deutsch oder Schwiizerdütsch praktizieren, wenn wir an einem Weekend eine deutschsprechende Gruppe sind, oder bilateral eine Stunde arrangieren.
Wald Yoga - a community experiment
What if we nourished ourselves during weekends with an invigorating and regenerative yoga practice, followed by an optional nature walk, Oolong tea, community brunch or spa?
In 2025, we are starting a little experiment together in Wald ZH. Nourishing weekends outside of the busy city life combining yoga practice with a community feeling.
The practice
To start with, I can contribute by teaching a 90-minute Hatha & Yoga Nidra practice. However, other teaching styles, practices and co-creations might follow as we go along.
The intention is to mobilise Prana - life force - through energetic practices like Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
My 90-minute sessions will start with Pranayama (guided breathing) mobilising the energy flow and focusing the mind. We then warm up our bodies through gentle movements and go through a 45-minute Hatha Yoga sequence of physical postures. They combine ‘Ha’ (sun) elements of active strengthening and holds, with ‘Tha’ (moon) elements of deep stretches. The elements and intensity will be tailored to the day and group.
The practice is open to all levels. However, in contrast to a typical Yoga Studio class, I will also participate in the practice and will talk less so we can immerse together more deeply. The postures however are pretty straight-forward and suitable to all levels. If you have any questions on this, let me know per mail before the class.

The place
Wald ZH is just 40 min from Zurich by train and one of the greenest nature places in the region. It’s often sunny, just above the fog. The region vibrates with life energy, animals, forests and sunlight.
Taiji am Fluss is a beautiful practice space next to a little river. It’s 5 minutes to the spa Bleiche Bad, a cosy brunch place as well as the starting point to scenic walks.
The community
We are a bunch of people, united by our intention to develop a strong energetic practice together, inspire each other, feeling good in nature on weekends, and nourish connections in the community :-)
Lighthearted, warmhearted, wholehearted.
The practice dates are quite flexible and are shared in the group channel.
